Kristian Manietta of TriSpecific is very excited to announce a new partnership with ironguides. The success and coaching philosophy of ironguides has brought many titles to elite and age group athletes of all distances.  Kristian’s passion for providing the best coaching methods to his athletes was fundamental in his decision for this partnership and rebranding of TriSpecific to ironguides Australia.

ironguides is a Lifestyle Facilitation Company with strong roots in endurance sports. Our sports coaches provide “real world” and online coaching and training services and consulting to help you achieve your goals in endurance sports and healthy living. Our Corporate Health consultants offer company wellness programs and information to help your organisation or company build a healthier, more dynamic and energized workplace environment.

We base our training approach — The Method — on techniques that are simple and effective. Where needed, we incorporate Power and Heart Rate data into our coaching — each athlete’s needs are different, so our approach is designed with one thing in mind: To help you achieve your results quickly, safely and in a setting of emotional, mental, and physical health!
